Seneca One Tower Projects

In 2014, the renowned Seneca One Tower, an iconic landmark at 1 W Seneca Street in Buffalo, NY, changed hands to Douglas Jemal. This towering edifice, reaching 529 feet and spanning over 1,200,000 square feet, was constructed between 1969 and 1974. As Buffalo's tallest and most recognizable structure, Seneca One Tower is currently undergoing a comprehensive renovation by Douglas Development, transforming it into a bustling mixed-use complex featuring over 100 apartments, a variety of retail outlets, and office spaces boasting panoramic views of Western New York.

Douglas Jemal, recognizing local talent, enlisted the services of Anderson Metal Works, a trusted name in Buffalo's metal works and custom metal fabrication scene. Kyle was specifically chosen for his ability to breathe new life into historic features. His projects at Seneca One Tower included:

  • Repurposing historic safety deposit boxes from the tower's bank vault, infusing them with a touch of rustic charm.

  • Designing custom lighting fixtures.

  • Crafting bespoke signs for both the interior and exterior of the building.

  • Enhancing "The Sopranos" bar with unique, custom metalwork.
